NEW for 2010

The Sentinel, has been specifically designed to meet the needs of a customer where the functionality & power of the Titan is not required. It is the ideal efficiency, quality & cost reduction tool for  growers, packers & processors where capacity, gross defect and foreign object sort are critical particularly in green beans, potatoes & tomatoes industries.

No compromise has been made in the design. The Sentinel is a long life, high performance machine with proven technology to be ultra reliable with low operation and maintenance costs.  The user friendliness is continued with simple to use touchscreen for full control over the sort.

Gentle handling of your product is assured through engineered chutes and takeaway systems which also provide the advantage of high capacity in a compact footprint.  It is available in a 2 way sort configuration (good travels forward undisturbed whilst ‘bad’ is ejected). It uses top mounted Color & NIR LED sensors located across the sorter width for a clean ‘in flight & off -belt’ product view. This provides high efficiency & accuracy for both product color, defect and foreign material sort.
