The Model OB Brusher was designed to provide a peel removal product
for vegetables and fruit which were unsuitable for the Starch and Peel Separator peel removal system and for low throughput peeling lines.

market and provides the customer with the opportunity to gently
remove loose peel or to aggressively remove product defects.
