These systems incorporate the Odenberg patented link system which allows for the true decoupling of the infeed from the outfeed.
As well as Odenberg's patented link system, these systems also incorporate our patented tilted shelf which provides a 20% more efficient freezing capacity than that of comparable box freezer units.
As a result of the expertise gained in the industrial freezing and chiller equipment, Odenberg offers an integrated cheese block packaging and cooling system for the cheddar and mozzarella cheese industry.
These block packing systems have been used in numerous other areas such as poultry, red meat, processed cheese, fruit and meat pies, cheesecakes, sauces in pouches and prepared meals.
