FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Odenberg is a International Food machinery company, headquartered in Ireland with subsidiaries in North America and differing locations on Mainland Europe. The company specializes and is market leader in Peeling lines and Electronic Sorting equipment for the Potato, Fruit and Vegetable processing Industry. Odenberg is now recruiting a Dutch based service Engineer. His prime service territories will include Holland, Germany, England and parts of Belgium. He will report to the Service manager at Odenberg’s Facility in Holland.
Function Description
After appropriate Product training at differing Odenberg locations and in the field, the Service Engineer will install, commission and carry out Odenberg Product after sales service throughout the Territory. In addition the Service Engineer shall as required carry out Product application testing and demonstrate the Product in the Territory
Function Qualifications/Requirements
- A1 or A2 level covering Electrical, Mechanical and Automation
- Minimum 3 years industrial equipment service experience.
- Experience of commissioning and servicing Food processing or Packaging machinery a major plus.
- Language skills, good Dutch, French and English with understanding of German a plus
- The Job entails regular, short duration, service and travel throughout the Territory.
- Good communication, training and customer service skills are essential
